Respected Sir,
I have written this letter to highlight the most underrated issue of our country,i.e, the food wastage. I have recently observed that in the wedding functions, ceremonies or any event, the amount of food wastage is increasing at an alarming rate. Our country has a large population of unprivileged people who don’t get regular meals. Seeing the current rate of food wastage, it is not an unexpected scenario where the small kids are made to beg for daily meals on the streets. This is really a matter of concern for our country. A plate of food wasted in such events is two-time meal of these poor kids. I would like you to highlight this current situation & make people aware of it.
