Formula of phosphoric acid ?

It contains 3 atoms of hydrogen, 1 atom of phosphorus, and 4 atoms of oxygen.
It's chemical formula:
H³PO⁴
Note: It is a mineral acid, so it has to contain atleast one hydrogen atom.

Every acid has H+ ion and the acid is phosphoric acid. Therefore it will  also have phosphorus ion. Hence, the formula of phosphoric acid is H3PO4.
