a = \pi( {(2x)}^{2}  -  {x}^{2} ) = 3\pi {x}^{2}  \\ b = \pi( {(4x)}^{2}  -  {(3x)}^{2} ) = 7\pi {x}^{2}  \\ therefore \\  \frac{a}{b}  =  \frac{3}{7}
Ratio is 3:7
