Four resistors are connected in series such that the total resistance is 50ohm if the resistance of three resistors is 5 10 and 15 then what is the resistance of the fouth resistor

Explanation:

Net resistance in series = the sum of the individual resistances

=> 50 = 5 + 10 + 15 + R4

=> R4 = 20 ohms

Hence,

Resistance of the fourth resistor = 20 ohms
