Hi ,

Fourth root of 12 × seventh root of 6

= ( 12 )^1/4 × ( 6 )^1/7

= ( 2 × 6 )^1/4 × 6^1/7

= 2^1/4 × 6^1/4 × 6^1/7

= 2^1/4 × 6^1/4+1/7

= 2^1/4 × 6^(7+4)/7

= 2^1/4 × 6^11/7

OR

= 2^1/4 × ( 2 × 3 )^11/7

= 2^1/4 × 2^11/7 × 3^11/7

= 2^(1/4+11/7) × 3^11/7

= 2^(7+4)/28 × 3^11/7

= 2^11/28 × 3^11/7

I hope this helps you.
