Freezing point = 20(LFP)
Boiling point    = 150(UFP)
Temperature which is 60 on this thermometer will be read as :

Reading on any scale  - LFP    =    C - 0
   UFP  -  LFP                                    100

By placing these values we get this temperature as 3.7 degree celcius
