If the venation of the plant is PARALLEL then the roots will be FIBROUS.
AND
If the venation of the plant will be RETICULATED then the roots will be TAPROOT
AND
If the venation of the plant will be RETICULATED then the roots will be TAPROOT

When the venation of plants are reticulated then we can say that the plant has tap root system.
When the venation of plants are parallel then we can say that the plant has fibrous root system.
