From a dam, water is pouring down at the rate of 150 kg/s, on the blades of a turbine. If a ball dropped from the same dam takes 2 5s to hit the turbine, then the power delivered to the turbine is approximately equal to (Take g = 10 m/s2)

Calculate height by s=1/2 gt^2
That comes to be 5*625=3125m
Now Power=mgh/t or m'gh where m ' is dm/dt which is given 150 so
Putting all value in eq= 150×10×3125=4687500 watts
