13/3 of the rope is 13/3*15 = 65
Remaining is 15-.65= 14.35m
3/5 of the remaining = 3/5*14.35 = 8.61m
Remaining = 14.35-8.61 m
=5.74 m

Rope originally= 15m
Cut = 13/3
So, left = 15 - 13/3 = 45/3 - 13/3 = 32/3
Cut afterward = 3/5 OF the remaining , i.e : 3/5 * 32/3 = 32/5

So, left = 15 - 32/5
           = 75/5 - 32/5 = 43/5 = 8.6 m
Answer : 8.6m of the whole rope is left.

Please correct me if I a wrong.
Hope it helps!
