Diameter of circle in center=2cm

Radius=1cm

Side of square=4cm

Area of remaining portion

= area of square-area of circle-area of 4 quadrants

=(side)^2-22/7.1.1-4(22/7*1*1/4)

=16-22/7-22/7

=16-44/7

=704-44/7

=660/7

=94.29 sq. cm
