HEYA!!!!

Here is your answer Rehan Bhai :
_______________________________

Total number of outcomes = 52

i) Probability of getting a prime number :
==================================

Let E be the event of getting a prime number.

Favorable outcomes = 16

P( E) = Favourable outcomes / Total of outcomes

= 16/52

= 4/13

ii) Probability of getting a face card :
==============================

Let E be the event of getting a face card.

Favorable outcomes = 12

P( E) = Favorable outcomes / Total outcomes

= 12/52

= 3/13

Heya!

Probabilty of getting a card with

1) prime number :-

Total number of outcomes : 52

Favourable outcomes : 7, 5, 3 & 2 (in spades, hearts, diomonds and clubs each)

Hence,
Total number of favourable outcomes : 4×4 = 16

--> P(getting a card with a prime number) = 16/52 = 8/26
=4/13
=====

2) a face card :

Total number of outcomes : 52

Favourable outcomes : king, queen & jack (in spades, hearts, diomonds and clubs each)

Hence,
Total number of favourable outcomes : 4×3 = 12

--> P(getting a a face card) = 12/52

= 3/13
=====

HOPE ITS SUFFICIENT :)
