Fundamental rights and duties are complimentary to each other because :

•Fundamental rights can be regarded as the basic rights given to the citizens like right to life, right to freedom etc.

•But that doesn't mean we don't have responsibilities.

•It is our major responsibility to do the fundamental duties same as we enjoy the rights we have got.

•Fundamental duties include respecting our National Flag,National Anthem etc.

•For example if we have right to freedom,it does mean that we have freedom to speak with another individual, but doesn't not mean that he/she can speak badly about a particular caste or individual.

•We have to respect each and every individual.

•Fundamental rights and duties are like the two faces of the same coin.
