Every person whether it is a boy or a girl should have equal opportunities in every aspect of their lives.

Earlier girls didn't get equal opportunities when it came to education. It was preferred that they stay back at home and learn how to handle a household, how to cook etc.

Soon that changed and now in at least 90& of the girl households, girls are being treated equally and given equal opportunities.

So the statement is false.
