The three advices given by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to public servants are as follows:

I)The servants should act like leaders because true leadership is not in one’s position, but in one’s way of thinking and acting.

II)If one looks at a civil service as a job that person will remain an employee for his whole life.

III)The government employees should develop their capabilities,expand their knowledge and broaden their horizons to influence all the people.
