x+y=4........ eq (1)
and
3^4(x-y)=3^1
4x-4y=1......... eq (2)
eq (1)×4
4x+4y=16....... eq (3)
eq (2)+(3)
8x=17
x=17/8
put in eq (1)
y=4-17/8=32-17/8
y=15/8
x=17/8 and y=15/8
is your answer
