Let dry raisins=W1 and soaked raisins=W2
The percentage of water absorbed by raisins=W2-W1/W1×100%
=80-50×100%=30/50×100%=60%
When Raman place swollen raisins in concentrated salt solution for four hours then he will observe that the raisin will shrink and wilts due to the phenomenon of exosmosis
