Nitrogen (N₂) is the example of matter that will be available in three different states.

Most of the material on the earth exist in three different states, namely solid, liquid and gas.

For example, water is available in all three staes of matter, similarly nitrogen gas is also present in three different states of matter. In environment it is present in gaseous form, in compressed cylinder it is present in the liquid form, and at very low temperature it is also present in the solid state.
