  • Always use "I" and own responsibility for your own shortcomings when admitting to errors or mishaps.
  • Just remain silent and have a grin on your face if someone is being criticised or the subject of rumours.
  • When friends or coworkers are ill, pay them a visit.
  • Supporting them while they are weak demonstrates your concern and care for them.
