. Never change the study timing
. revise ur lessons on the day they were taught in ur class
. study when u r mentally at ur best and stick to ur schedule
. drink plenty of water when ur studying.

# Do meditation before you study
# keep a dot in your note or somewhere look the dot for 3 to 4 minutes.
<> For keeping our mind relaxed :
# Take some break in between when you study.
<> For learning quickly :
