Hey friend..!! here's your answer
_________________________

a^2 - 6a + 8
a^2 -4a - 2a + 8
a ( a - 4) - 2 ( a - 4 )
(a -2 ) (a - 4)
a = 2 or a = 4

So that the length of rectangle is 2 and breadth is 4 .

HELLO......FRIEND!!

THE ANSWER IS HERE,

 =  >  \:  {a}^{2}  - 6a + 8

 =  >  \:  {a}^{2}  - 4a - 2a + 8

 =  >  \: a(a - 4) - 2(a - 4)

 =  >  \: (a - 4)(a - 2)

Area = Length × breadth.

So,
Length of the rectangle => a-2.

Breadth of the rectangle => a-4.

:-)Hope it helps u.
