GIVE REASON. Citrus fruit ,pickle and curd are not stored in utensils made of aluminium.

these cannot be stored in alminium utensils because in these thing acid is present which react and corrode easily.

As citrus fruits contain citric acid, pickle too contains some other acid and curd contains lactic acid then these acids being the organic weak acids may react with the aluminium of the utensils and form dangerous and poisonous inedible salts which may cause severe harmful problems and food poisoning if consumed by a person.
