Pre-messenger RNA is transcribed from DNA, and edited by spliceosomes in the nucleus. Post-messenger RNA travels through the nuclear pores into the rough endoplasmic reticulum (ER) where ribosomes translate it into polypeptides that are exported in vesicles, delivering their contents to the Golgi complex for modifications, producing digestive enzymes to be exported into vesicles that are essentially lysosomes.

Answer:

golgi and endoplasmic reticulum are two organelles which helps in formation of lysosome

endoplasmic reticulum form immature lysozyme which get modified and mature in golgi

golgi help in packaging and modification of substance coming from endoplasmic reticulum
