Give reason why sometimes when you switch on a heater all the lights goes off ?

Because the heater require alot of voltage which takes the voltage , So the bulbs does not get enough voltage to glow so it becomes dimm . After sometime the heater gets heated and the bulbs starts glowing because the heater has heated up require less voltage
