Europe is known as peninsula of peninsulas because it the largest peninsula as it is wholly surrounded by water on all three sides. It is surrounded by water -in North by Arctic ocean ,in West by Atlantic ocean and in South by Southern ocean

B) Finland is the country which is referred to or known as the Land of Thousand Lakes. This is because the 10% of the country's land has lakes and rivers.
