"Subhash Chandra Bose" came out of National Congress in 1939. When he was re-elected for the president post of INC, but Gandhi Ji was not satisfied with Bose selection as Gandhi Ji was supporting Pattabhi Sitaramayya for the Presidentship.

Due to the influence of Gandhi Ji, 13 members of the Working Committee in the Congress resigned and other began to support Gandhi Ji.

Due to the less support and it became difficult for Bose to continue his work on the position of President and he decided to resign. In 1939, he left his position from INC.
