carrots,peas and beet.This plants are grouped into herbaceous and seedlings .The herbaceous one are planted in that some of the leafy parts are cut and planted on the ground for then to regenerate into another whole plant that can produce either fruits ,seeds and tubers.

For the seedlings they are uprooted from the nursery bed to be planted on the seed bed .They will therefore mature to produce the required  products as stated before .
