Give step to continue a list after 3 lines of text

In Ms Word, a list can be contained by first entering the given content on numbered list and then quickly format it.

After this, a suitable heading from the heading section on the right hand side can be given.

Then further divisions needs to be given by introducing paragraphs.

After entering all data, a right click has to be made on the very first paragraphs of writing.

Then further demarcation in the form of  bullet styles has to be given.

Then they can be numbered from the context menu further.
