alli was a man who symbolised the virtues of fatherly affection and patience in a man.
He was a former hunter in his youth. However his daughter had disapproved of his way of life and left him after she got marriage.
Alli gave up hunting after this and dedicatedly visited the post office waiting for a letter from his daughter, even after not hearing from her for 5 long years.
