Give two examples of cleistogamous flowers.Is cleistogamy advantageous or disadvantageous to plants and why?

cleistogamy is the phenomenon in which the flowers donot expose their stamens and pistil.example:- commelina,oxalis and viola.
advantage:- protects itself from unwanted pollen grain or pollen grains of other species
disadvantage:-pollination is affected.
