I think the first statement is corect altough partially correct

It ia true that a cellilose cell wall surrounds and protects the immer parts of a cell .in plants ,the cell wall that is made up of cellulose is rigid and strog unlike in animals where cell walls are not rigid .this is part of their adaptation ,they can squeeze themselves through te tissues .

Mostly cell wall is always outside the cell membrane
