It is given that there are two vector a and b.

Also, Cross product of a with b is zero.

This means, that either one of the vector is zero or either Sine will be zero.

Using the formula of cross product,

a × b = |a||b|Sinθ

|a||b|Sinθ = 0

Now,

either |a| = 0 , or |b| = 0 or Sinθ = 0

Sinθ = 0, this means,

θ = 0°, π, 2π, etc.

Now, About Vector a and b we can say that either one of the vector or both are zero in magnitude or either the angle between them is 0.

Hope it helps.
