Heya.....

Here's your answer.....

Area of ABC − AXY = XYCM

∴ Area of AXY = ABC − XYCM

If two similar triangles have a scale factor of a : b, then the ratio of their areas is a² : b²

(Area ABC)/(Area.AXY) = (3/2)²

∴ (Area ABC)/(Area.AXY) = 9/4

∴ (Area ABC) = 9(Area.AXY)/4

∴ Area of AXY = 9(AXY)/4 − XYCM

∴ Area of XYCM = 9(AXY)/4 − AXY

∴ Area of XYCM = 5(AXY)/4

∴ Area of AXY = 4(XYCM)/5

∴ Area of AXY = 4(10)/5 cm²

∴ Area of AXY = 8 cm²

Thanks...!!!

XD

Sorry baby 'wink'
