Good governance actually means that the government should work in such a way that there is justice done to each and every citizen of the particular state or country or any thing. The essential needs of every human being i.e. water, sanitation, education, health care etc are supplied by the government with out any corrupt back ground thoughts. Partiality should not be shown to higher cast, wealthy citizens or on the one who have authority and power.Even though our constitution has set many laws, policies etc for the citizens they are not being implemented. The governance will be good when all these faults are removed and every citizen is really aware of his or her rights and responsibilities. And the citizens include those of the government also.
