The statement absolutely true. when a region has prospered, it means that there is 100 percent literacy and no poverty. Also, as education forms the backbone of career and employment, sufficient income,for managing household finances, (when earned), reduces stress and also results into investment of money in funds. This in return makes the region economically prosperous.
