‘Growth occurs when anabolism is greater than catabolism’. Explain.

Growth occurs when Anabolism is greater than catabolism because anabolism is a process which builds molecules that the body needs and it usually requires energy for completion whereas catabolism refers to the process that breaks down complex molecules into smaller ones.
