I'm facing lot of distractions ..

Sooo My question is How To get rid from all distractions ..

And How to concentrate on study....

Hi I can help...

Meditate ur mind to focus by making notes with colour.
If u r using a smartphone switch it off
Close the door of ur room act like teaching or presenting becz u learn more when u teach

to concentrate on study we should not look here and there only look at your book.do meditation early morning.
to get rid from all distractions you don't be tensed think positive
