Here's the answer to your question:
When hydrogen and oxygen combine together, the resulting reaction is as follows:
2H2 + O2 ----> 2H2O ( you will obtainthis reaction by balancing both the sides of the unbalanced reaction)
Clearly, the product obtained is water i.e H2O and not hydrogen peroxide i.e. H2O2.....
So, H2+O2 will give you water....
