If there will be an iron deficent diet than there will be less secretion of haemoglobin due to which our blood cannot carry efficient amount of oxygen.

The function of haemoglobin in blood is to carry oxygen in differnt parts of the body if haemoglobin is decreased than amount of oxygen transport in blood also decreases.

Deficiency of iron causes iron deficincy anaemia.
