If one of the son is infected with haemophilia then mother will be definitely the carrier of haemophilia but we consider the father to be normal as haemophilia is sex linked recessive disease

So probability of haemophilia daughter is 0 %

If father is haemophilic then probability of heamophilic daughter is

1÷2×1÷2=1÷4 (25%)

"Hemophilia is a very rarely occurring disorder in which the patient's body isn't capable of clotting the blood. This disorder occurs due to the absence of certain proteins responsible for clotting.

This disorder is incurable and can prove fatal. Just imagine, a little cut can bleed out entire blood from the body slowly as it won't ever clot. If bleedings (both internal and external) left untreated in a hemophilic person, can result to death.

The probability will be 0. The following picture describes the reason for the answer.
