Step-by-step explanation:

Half of Perimeter= 36

Perimeter= 36×2= 72m

Let the breadth of rectangle= x m

So the length= (x+4) m

A.T.Q

2(L+B) = 72

2(x+x+4)=72

2(2x+4) = 72

2x + 4 = 36

2x = 36 - 4

2x = 32

x = 16

Breadth = 16cm

Length = 20m
