ATQ,
Total salary - (Savings+Expenditure) = Money left.
x - (x/4 + 3000) = 7x/12
=> x - x/4 - 3000 = 7x/12
=> x - x/4 - 7x/12 = 3000
=>x/6 = 3000
=> x = 18000
Therefore, Salary = Rs. 18,000.
