Hardships faced by early man in the process of development

The hardships faced by early Human in the process of development are -
1) The Early Human did not had any means of communication which prevented him to talk to anyone 
2)He feared everything such as lightning , rain , animals ,etc. at the beginning due to which he did not work
3)He was not properly developed into the erect man , therefore his hands were not free to work as they were used to walk but as they developed , their hands got free so they started working , hunting ,  gathering , etc.
