According to me, children don't beg by their own will, instead they are forced to do so. They are forced to beg either by their own parents or by the people who are basically thieves, criminals etc. They are forced to do so in order to earn more and more money. The people who force them to do so think that putting up children for begging would arise a thought of sympathy in the minds of people and eventually they would offer them a larger amount of money.

Now the question arises that why don't the poor children simply refuse it? So, well, they can't. They are blackmailed by the people they work for. They give them threatening warnings that if they don't beg they would either kill their family members or him/her. Threatening warnings ultimately make them do these sort of things even if they don't reside doing it.

But in certain cases, the child begs by his/her own will. He/she works to earn a living for his/her family. The maturity in their thoughts is much more than it is of a normal child of their age. Their words are philosophical. Even a four-year-old child who begs has way more mature thoughts than those of a thirteen-year-old child. The circumstances make them beg.
