Emotions :
Emotions are our feelings !!
Some of the common emotions are happiness , sadness , anger , etc .
Emotions are those mediums through which we represent our reactions .
Well for controlling your emotions you must be strong from your heart and mind both .
As you ever heard the famous quote said by Charles Dickens , " Where there is a wisdom of heart, there is a wisdom of mind ."
So you must be strong from both .
And at that time when you are strong from both you will get victory over your emotions.
If you are not enough strong by heart and mind that you can't get victory over them .
→ For being strong enough to handle the critical situations :
• Try to not so much aggressive in that situation .
• Try to be calm in every situation.
• Try to handle every situation with both mind as well as heart .
• Try to not so much short tempered.

Heya mate....☺ ⭐⭐Emotions...i think...i dont know if i could ever get control on our emotions...we almost tries to hide our feelings...but we cant...its impossible...if u want to control emotions just let it go...dont get affected by anyone in this world....if sometime u feel angry sad happy just dont show them...go in a room it may be funny talk with your teddy bear...it works...to control emotions listen the gut feeling of heart and logic of mind...bcs combined effect will lead u to be strong to handle amy situation strongly.....
