hello friends. what is the difference between algebraic expression and equation?

➡️The primary difference between the two is an equals sign.
➡️An equation has a left side, a right side and an equals sign separating the sides. 
➡️Equations also may have solutions. An expression, by contrast, doesn't have any 'sides' .

A algebraic equation has equal to sign and it solves like 1x+2=3
And an algebraic expression doesn't have a equal to sign and it will not solve
