Hello guys....plzz explain the optical activity with suitable examples....

The property displayed by solutions of some compounds , notably many sugars of rotating the plane of polarization of plane polarized light.
For example - a 50-50 mixture of two enantimore mixture will not rotate plane polarised light and is optically inactive.
