Communalism is a feeling of
superiority in one religion and feeling of inferiority and a want for separate unit in other religion
Communalism is a hindrance because in a democracy each religion is seen as equal and democracy can accommodate differences when 1. The majority works with the minority. This gives govt. a general view
2. Rule of majority dosent become a rule of majority community.
Whereas communalism exhibits the ideology that two religions are supposed to be different and create conflict
