- In a conductor, electric current can flow freely.
- In an insulator, electric current cannot flow freely.

Conductors=Substance in which electric current can flow through them...
eg:=Iron,wire,etc.
Insutators=Substance in which electric current can't flow them.
eg=paper,wood,etc.
