Hey !!!

Speed of car(v)= 10m/s

Radius (R) = 10m

Mass(m)= 1000kg

Centripetal force = F=mv^2/R

=> 1000*10*10/10

=> 10000N or 10^4 Newtons

Hope this helps ^^

The formula for centripetal acceleration is

Ac= V^2/R

where Ac is centripetal acceleration

and V is tangential velocity

and R is the radius of the circle

and mass is not a factor.

Ac= (10 m/s)^2 (25 m)

Ac = 100 m^2/s^2/25 m

Ac= 4 m/s^2

You didn’t ask , but Centripetal Force associates mass with that 4 m/s^2 acceleration and is

Fc = m (Ac)

Fc = 1000kg (4 m/s^2)

Fc = 4000 kg m/s^2

Fc = 4000 Newtons

best of luck for today
