multiply the first fraction [ 324/1] with 3

multiply the second one with 1

so,972/3 - 2/3= 970/3

now add 970/3 with 1/16

l.c.m 48

= 16* 970/3* 16 + 1*3/16*3

= 15520/48 + 3/48
